Your Team Building Day: Your Fun Events Teambuilding Coordinator will begin by explaining the objective of the day’s program to your team and will review the activities with them in which they will be participating. Your staff will be inspired and encouraged as they proceed through the program, receiving both guidance from their coordinator and the opportunity to shine as a valuable member of their team. Your teambuilding day will conclude with a period of reflection during which the objectives of the day are reviewed and your team will be given time to discuss their experiences. This reflection time will allow your team to talk about their observations and reflections on the day’s objectives and what skills and they will take with them and use in the workplace.

For the staff who loves to perform and laugh! Presenting karaoke with twist- your group, divided into teams, is challenged to rewrite the lyrics to familiar hits, and then lead the entire group in an uproarious sing-along, complete with video DVD’s of their performance to take home! A fun and entertaining activity to bond with your team.

Perfect for the smaller, fast-pace office that can’t take time away for an off-site activity.
We design the game around your company, industry, and special requests and bring the game show right to you! Using the equipment provided, teams must construct an egg launcher. Not only do the teams have to fire the egg across a designated distance, but they also have to catch it with out it breaking to earn maximum points!

Project XTeams win play money during competitive arcade and virtual reality games and use the money they earn to buy “building materials.” As a team, they must use the materials they purchased to complete a building assignment to win. Project X is timed and the clock is ticking, so work fast, work together, and work smart! This activity is a great challenge for team members of all levels of physical fitness.

Photo Scavenger Hunts
This teambuilding activity can be designed to take place in your city, on your street, or even in your office building! Participants are divided into teams and given cameras to capture images of the places, people, and things on their scavenger hunt list. But don’t run off yet! Only clues and brain-teasers are given as hints so the teams have to use their heads to solve the clues and discover what it is they are to photograph! When they return from their excursions, the teams must prepare a slideshow and presentation of their collection of pictures. Teamwork is an absolute necessity as time is of the essence!

Egg Shell Walk
This game can get a little tricky- and very messy! Teams must design a pair of shoes that can walk across eggs without breaking the shells. After a process of team decision-making, the event is finished with a hysterical race to see which team makes it to the end first without breaking the eggs.

Outdoor Activity
Create a Par
This activity is one of our best for creativity! Each team is responsible for building a green for a miniature golf course. We will supply all of the tools and materials needed for this activity. To win the competition, your team must build the most creative putting hole and then play the best team score for the entire course once the greens are constructed. This is a great indoor activity, and no knowledge of the game of golf is required.

Let Them Eat Cake!
As your staff enters the room, they each receive an apron and a chef hat to set the tone for their teambuilding activity. After being divided into teams, individuals will decorate their chef’s hat with their newly selected team name. Time to get creative! Using a selection of bakery supplies and decorations, each team will carve, shape, and decorate a large sheet cake into a 3D, and very tasty, symbol of their team. Once their cake is completed, they will present their creation in a commercial to the other teams. Enjoying their creation together is the last step of this fun and entertaining activity. This activity is fun and allows your team to express their creativity while utilizing their decision-making skills and teamwork skills creating a great project!

Indoor Activity
Product Pipeline
This activity not only requires members of the same team to work together, but ALL teams must work in tandem to complete the objective! Teams of 4 or 5 people work together to create one section of a "pipline"- and all of the pipelines must fit together at the end so that a ball can roll from one end to the other of the combined pipeline without stopping or falling off! (This is much more challenging than it sounds!)

Indoor Activity
Funny-Mercials!
Teams create a new commercial, complete with a jingle, to promote an old or new product or service at their company. Assorted costumes, props, and musical options are available to the teams as they brainstorm and formulate their commercial. The commercials are recorded and each participant receives a DVD of their performance to keep.

Best as an Indoor Activity
Garbage Games
Teams are given odds and ends (socks, twist-ties, and other items) and develop a new team sport with their equipment. Next, the teams play the games they and the other groups created competitively against other teams. Participants learn how to have fun and enjoy themselves and their teammates, but stay focused at the same time!
